Commented Issue: Downloading PHP Manager [1120]

I have not been able to download the manager for either 32-bit or 64-bit. No error messages or the like. Any ideas.

Try disabling the IE Enhanced Security Configuration and then you should be able to download it. I have opened an issue http://codeplex.codeplex.com/workitem/26114 as it looks like a bug in codeplex site.
