Created Issue: PHP Manager does not show after install [1098]

Hi

I have tried installing the manager on IIS 7.5, Windows 7 (64-bit) and yet whatever I try (be platform installer or standalone) it does not show the manager in the IIS features view.

I can find no reference to the manager in the applicationHost.config ... is this normal?
